bug report still open in Ubuntu but close in Debian?

Tonight I noticed this Ubuntu bug (marked "new") automatically
imported from Debian last November:

But if you look at the last comment, and if you go to the Debian bug
report itself, it seems that bug was closed/archived a long time ago.

Is that a bug in the Ubuntu's Debian bug importer, or for bugs like
that someone has to manually close the Ubuntu bug?
