some ubuntu.com servers down?

Hello.

It appears that some ubuntu.com servers are down (at least
82.211.81.130, 82.211.81.138 = archive, 82.211.81.155 = cdimage,
82.211.81.132 = morgue) are down; it looks only lists is up,
and it's from a different IP range (209.61.182.217).

Is there any info on this, or is it
just e.g. a temporary network problem?
