downtime for ubuntu.com machines

Hi,

At 4pm GMT today the *.ubuntu.com machines will be going down for a
couple of hours for some essential maintenance of our Internet
connection.  This will affect: archive.ubuntu.com, www.ubuntu.com,
bugzilla.ubuntu.com, upload.ubuntu.com etc.

The work is intended to both upgrade and improve the redundancy of our
Internet link to hopefully reduce the number and/or frequency of
outages like this in the future.  Apologies for any inconvenience.
