They were developed according to discussion on wine-devel, after several
Wine devs (me included) expressed dissatisfaction with the current Wine
Debian packages. What kind of review do you need exactly? So far all our
users seem happy with the new packages and from the Wine perspective it's
all OK (indeed, the way the files are split seems optimal).
