gksu should have window border

The last update of gksu doesn't gray the whole screen as did the version
before it (it lasted for a few hours only).

The problem with this one is that the window doesn't have any border at
all.  So, depending on what you have in desktop and windows opened, it
may not be distinguishable.

I really liked the locking effect!!!  It looked gorgeous!!!  Why was it
taken out?
