Til now we've had some meetings but I'm afraid there is nothing published in a web. 
We've got a document with a list of packages and libraries needed in a distribution to make it more usable by people with disabilities. 

Should I post it to the list ?

Of course !
We are more 'organizational peole' than 'developers' but we can use external human resources to do the work.
