Our Bugzilla uses SSL, and browsers generally refuse to cache pages on
SSL for security reasons. This means that you reload
https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/selector.js, or whatever, every time, which
is a good 500kB.
If you put it on plain HTTP, so it got cached, you would get a warning
dialog about mixed HTTP and SSL elements for every page you went to.
