Wireless Drivers included in Hoary

Hi,

I have reported packaging of rt2500.ko GPL driver availability at
2004-12-07 in https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2570.

Does adding new driver fall into SeedFreeze, UpstreamVersionFreeze or
FeatureFreeze?
