Bugzilla is very widely-deployed, and it has many eyes looking over its
code; I trust its code far more than almost all other bug tracking
systems.  But there is a BTS being written in Python -- see
https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/malone/.  Right now, Bugzilla is the best
option we have for bug tracking in Ubuntu, which is why we're using it.
