slower bugzilla

Um, I'm not sure what you're asking or saying - as far as I'm aware, all
bugzillas run as cgis, and they certainly don't run under mod_python, since
it's written in perl. Our bugzilla is slow to begin with since you have to
download the package list, but past that point it's not any slower than any
other bugzilla install I've used.
