This list is for development conversations. The Community Council
decided to try out reply-to-list on ubuntu-users, but we believe that
anyone who should be posting to ubuntu-devel can take care of
themselves, and many of the existing developers prefer the Reply-To
header to be left unmodified by the list software.

Please don't have an extended debate about Reply-To here; today is Hoary
feature freeze, and it would be very helpful not to distract developers
with arguments about the configuration of the mailing list.
