Request for update package scim in universe

The deadline has not yet been determined, but we are still processing such
requests.

scim-uim 0.1.3-2 is already in hoary/universe, but fails to build[0].
scim-chinese 0.4.2-1 is in hoary/universe in source form, but fails to
build[1].  scim-tables 0.4.3-1 is already in hoary/universe.  uim
1:0.4.5+r1576-2 is in both hoary/universe and Debian unstable.

The build failures in scim-chinese and scim-uim look like they would be
corrected if we updated to scim 1.0.2-1, which is the only one of your
requests that seems to be unsatisfied.  So we should sync scim 1.0.2-1.
