Suede as default gnome icon theme for Hoary

I think Suede icons should be included as the default icon theme in
Hoary. Please check it out at:

The icon set is not complete, but a lot of work has been done. Maybe
you could consider contacting to the author to finish it if you like
it.

Here you have a screenshot of Gnome with Suede icons. Note the color
of the folders, it matches the ubuntu colors:
