It's not the the patent fact I'm talking about. If the MIT licensed code
was compiled and the resulting binary was shipped by Ubuntu we have the
same situation as what you describe.
I'm talking about the actual binary from fluendo. This binary is
licensed under a non-free license. That's all I'm saying.
And, oh, by the way IANAL ;-)
