It's not immediately obvious that you want a "minimal" install if you're
installing Ubuntu on a server.

One thing to consider is simply adding the word 'on' to the installation
options -- 'install on a desktop', 'install on a server'. The latter, in
particular, makes its purpose clear, but doesn't imply that we're
installing server applications by default.
