In Bugzilla :)  If you don't know the exact package, just select "UNKNOWN".

Interestingly during my install I selected en_GB for my keyboard
layout, but I also got stuck with the US layout in Gnome.  But I was
able to switch to the correct one there. That's a new thing, a
regression from Flight 1. Time to file a bug in Bugzilla.
