There is no need to involve the Technical Board in such decisions; just
follow the procedure on http://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuMainInclusionQueue

However, in this case, it would make more sense to _first_ get consensus
that we should start using this font, and then worry about getting it into
main.
