I would suggest a simple way to take the discussion. Above all, i think
there are 3 main reasons an user would delete a file:
1- free disk space
2- organize a directory, or make the file "invisible"

So i think a good trash is useful because you can recover an error, but
should never disclaim any of the 2 points above.
