Further usplash development

Hi,

works great here: i386, Ati Radeon Mobility 9600/9700 M10/M11 (RV350
NP). I have a grey bar across the top of the screen, but I couldn't find
where the splashimages file is to check whether it's part of the image -
it looks good, so I couldn't tell :)
And it's beautiful!

Like others already have replied, I also get dropped to text mode soon
(at starting RAID)
