There's no point in setting a bug to Private, if you're assigning it to 
a team with a public mailing list as their contact address.

If you want to keep Universe security bugs private, I suggest either 
stop assigning bugs to the MOTU team (which doesn't make much sense 
anyway, since bugs are almost always fixed by individuals), or make 
universe-bugs a private list.

In a couple of months or so, you'll be able to subscribe to packages, 
so the MOTU team will be able to subscribe to Universe packages, and 
thereby be notified about all bugs *except* the security ones (which 
only the relevant package maintainer will be notified about).
