Colony 3: Belated Installation Report

I have just got the Colony 3. Too bad there where no jigdo files :(
Here is my report.

1 . No Splash
My card is "Inno3D Tornado GeForce FX5200 128 MB"
My motherboard is "ASUS P5 800S" with
CPU Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz/256 MB RAM.

Somehow, I only have got a "white sceen" instead of a "Greeting Splash".

2. The "Configuring Apt" Time Out
It is less longer compared to before. But it is still annoying.
May I know the "preseeds" for:
- Testing the network repository"
- Testing the network update repository"
Is there a way to put them into Boot Parameters?

3. dpkg-reconfigure linux-image-`uname -r`
After reboot, nothing unusual happened!
May I know what to expect?
