autoconf version 1.6.1 or later

I juste wanted to know if there is a special reason not to put autoconf 1.6.1 
or later in breezy ?

the hidden reason is trying to implement what is suggest in kde whish

which obviously need a very recent autoconf :

make -f Makefile.cvs
This Makefile is only for the CVS repository
This will be deleted before making the distribution
