Call for mantainers: Please refresh dependencies libcairo and libebook

Hi,

Please don't upload anything for the libcairo1 to libcairo2 change, all
the required package have been uploaded but there is some builds retry
to push, etc. And please as on IRC before mailing for a non-required
transition.
