New kernel in Breezy

linux-image-2.6.12-7 is now in Breezy. This contains rather a lot of 
fixups for various things, so please file bugs against anything that's 
got worse since 2.6.12-6. In particular, there's been a change to the 
way that systems are rebooted. If your computer no longer reboots when 
running this kernel, please let us know urgently.
