Language Selector

I opened the Ubuntu Language Selector for the first time today and
wasn't exactly sure what it was supposed to do at first. I think the
user could use a short description of what it actually does. Maybe...

"The Ubuntu Language Selector helps you install additional languages
onto your system."

The fact that there are 2 fields to choose from could also be
confusing. At least in a tooltip or help button there should be a
description of what "Translation" and "Input" mean. Maybe a tooltip
reading...

"Installs translation for user interface and documentation"

and

"Installs user input aids such as spell checking"
