Resyncing the archive with the seed lists

libdlm-dev is still a build-dependency of lvm2; can you clarify?  Is this
binary being built by a new package now?

None of these show up in anastacia, meaning that they are still depended
upon by other packages or seeds.  That needs to change before they can be
removed.
