NFSv4 support

but the issue remains, all files are owned by nobody/nogroup, or does it 
need some extra work to get the names mapped?

Great! One thing though.. why are the package versions exactly the same as 
in the ones in ubuntu? It makes it more difficult to install new versions 
of them. They could have some string appended or something..
