which is a system somewhat similar to what was discussed during the MOTU
meeting for dealing with Malone's Universe bugs: assign all the
universe bugs to a MOTU bug mailing list, then individual MOTU members
(or other developers) would pick and choose from these bugs in Malone as
they wish and reassign bug appropriately to themselves or to others.
It seems a majority of people I have heard opinion from in recent days
don't want universe bugs left unassigned; but assigning all bugs
directly to the whole MOTU Launchpad team was creating too much
emails/spam for MOTU members. And we don't have enough MOTU members to
assign every single universe bugs to individual MOTUs on a bug-to-bug
basis. So a MOTU bug mailing list would act as a triage/labelling
system for Universe bugs in Malone as a first step before they get
adopted by a MOTU person (if they are ever adopted...)
