security notices for hoary security updates?

Usually uploads do not appear straigth in the archive, but are held
back in the queue until I release them manually. Obviously this
process does not work for hoary-security, I asked our admin to fix
this.

The week is still quite hectic since we are all at the conference. I
will prepare announcements as soon as I return home at Monday.
