Hmmm... since evolution is part of the ubuntu-desktop metapackage, I 
kinda figured that it shouldn't depend on anything in universe.
Then again, I don't think it does. It looks like there is a mixup with 
libcamel version requirements:

(part of apt-get install evolution output)

The following packages have unmet dependencies:

             Depends: evolution-data-server (>= 1.2.1) but it is not 
going to be installed

(part of apt-get install evolution-data-server output)
