I should apologize.  I didn't mean to say that Chuck or anyone else
wasn't working hard or avoiding anything.  I know you folks are
working hard on a variety of problems.  It's just been a couple of
months and, while I didn't want to write here to complain, I did want
to see if I could find some help going the last few steps to resolve
the matter.  And it looks like the bug has been changed to "pending
upload", so thanks for the help guys.
