[Suggestion] Ctrl+<TAB> to cycle through Gnome Terminal Tabs

When I try to set it to Ctrl+<TAB> it doesn't work, it sets the
keyboard shortcut to disabled.

I would personally just like to see the various apps use consistent
tabbed window controls. And Gnome Terminal is the app that is
different than the others(the ones I use anyway)
