What you can do as a temporary solution would be lock in the evolution
packages (it can be done even in synaptic). Lock the following
packages

evolution
evolution-data-server
evolution-exchange
evolution-webcal
libcamel
libebook
libecal
libedata-book
libedata-cal
libedataserver
libedataserverui
libegroupwise

And then you can upgrade to hoary without having evolution
uninstalled. This is just a temporary solution. I'm sure that short
after the UDU the devs will work hard to get breezy in a good state
for the happy testers like us.

I myself will wait a few weeks after the UDU to make my upgrade to
breezy. I suggest you doing the same. But if you want to live in the
very wild world of breezy right now, it's your choice :)

Cheers
