Map some other function to the insert key

Personally, in my ideal world:



- INSERT disabled by default (I've never met anyone who intentionally
pressed it - whilst I've dealt with plenty who have done the
opposite).

- CAPSLOCK left alone (data entry people often believe they have a use
for this) - but with yet another option in the keyboard preferences to
turn it off completely.



[I imagine there's probably a few helpdesk people that would support a
'CAPSLOCK always OFF during login/return from xlock'...]
