Adding mention of Sudo in installer

This sounds rather odd to me. I think we shouldn't add uneccessary
screens to the installer, and even less screens that will confuse half
of our users.
I think we should rather modify su, gdm, etc. to check whether root
actually has a password set (this can be done in a suid root program)
and print a meaningful message ("The root account password is disable,
please use sudo...") when attempting to log in as root.
