It's a script that attempts to fix a corrupted Debconf database, generally
rather violently, but it seems to work. :)

As noted in my previous email, this shouldn't ever be necessary unless
there are other underlying problems which led to the database being
corrupted in the first place.  If your system is generally behaving in
other cases, however, one could just chalk it up to bad luck or "cosmic
rays" and move on.
