alt+tab doesn't work

I recently upgraded to breezy {I'm just a simple and curious and anxious
user} and I have noticed that alt+tab to change windows doesn't work. In
 System>Preferences>Key combinations, the option for assigning this
combination {and many others} just doesn't appear
