Hoary upgrade: no network connection

I've got the same problem since upgrade to Hoary yesterday. I'm not
using DHCP.

BUT, the network connection was working yesterday after 18h and today
between 10h and 12h, really stange to get this kind of windows on my
network connection.

I went to see my network admin, and nothing was changed, so it's
probably because of Hoary upgrade, but can't find the point...

Another strange thing: network-admin tool is freezing when I click OK,
and choices are not validated in text files after modifications I made
in this tool. Don't know if it's related.

If someone can help us...
