Spatial patch and alt + up arrow

Regarding:
* debian/patches/02_ubuntuspatial.patch:
- changes to the spatial mode. Close the folders by default while
browsing.
You can set \"/apps/nautilus/preferences/no_ubuntu_spatial\" to get the
previous spatial behaviour.
I've found that browsing up using hotkey alt-up_arrow doesn't close
child windows. This is confusing when using the shift method to keep
windows open or close them depending on if you're going up or down.
(E.g. with the spatial patch enabled, I open a folder and the parent
window closes. I use alt-up to go back to the parent, which opens the
parent folder but keeps the child open unless I hold shift.) I would
consider this a bug but regret that I can't send a patch because I'm a
luser.
