Usplash question: a program is ready, but can we call it usplash?

Arg! again and again...
What you are running out is an outdated version, named
usplash-0.1preview that has not a shutdown splash.
The config file in in version 0.1 that is ready but not relased yet (we
are waiting for ubuntu consensus). Stay tuned to know when it will be
relased.. btw the config file wil be located in /etc/config.xml. The
shutdown splash is in the 0.1 version too...

mdz: as you can see we need an answer ( it's not important if it will
be an agreement or not) soon as possible...
