web page privs - shipit faq

Hi,

When I try to go to
<http://www.ubuntulinux.org/support/documentation/faq/shipit/> it gives
me an "Insufficient Privileges" message. This page is linked to by the
download page and the shipit main page, so it's a relatively high
profile page. Is this on purpose?
