3 errors (at least) in hoary-rc installation

Hi,

Today I installed the rc of hoary. Rather than previous releases, it has a 
several bugs for me:

1) After reboot, ubuntu has problems reading hda (I installed ubuntu in hdb05)

The message is:

"hda: task_in_intr: status=0x59 { DriveReady SeekComplete DataRequest Error }
Apr  1 16:55:41 ubuntu kernel: hda: task_in_intr: error=0x04 
{ DriveStatusError }
Apr  1 16:55:41 ubuntu kernel: ide: failed opcode was: unknown"

2) After reboot, when ubuntu installs lang-packs (catalan packs), it has the 
error:

Err http://es.archive.ubuntu.com hoary-updates/main Sources 
  Bad header line 

So, I heard that you could choose the mirror, isn't?. I could not choose that.

3) After reboot, when I say "yes" for upgrading packages, ubuntu says to me 
that I'm not superuser:

E: No s'ha pogut blocar /var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (11 El recurs no està 
disponible temporalment) 
E: No s'ha pogut bloquejar el directori de la llista...sou superusuari?
