future of ubuntu and installers

Hi.

I read somewhere that you were considering to move to anaconda as a
installer for the next ubuntu release. Is that so?

If so, why?

The new debian installer works very good. I've never been friends with
redhat installs at all.
By using d-i you will also be able to give lot's back to debian and be
good part of the debian comunity.

One of the reason I like ubuntu is that you plan to give everything
back to debian.
