Hoary update - Gnome Terminal 2.7.3?

In fact, the upstream release of gnome-terminal 2.8 was horrendously
late and was never in the GNOME 2.8 release.

It only includes minor changes, anyway:

2.8.0

- HIG fixes
- a11y fixes for the encodings menu
- fix georgian encoding
- added and updated translations

This will be uploaded into hoary at some point in the near future.
