toolchain update

Proposing the following changes to the toolchain, affecting several
bugzilla reports.

- sync unmodified gcc-3.3 from unstable (#2953, #1996), dropping
  the biarch support, needs updates to grub (compile using
  gcc-3.4 on amd64) and ia32-libs-openoffice.org.
  addressing #1992, #2505

- new gcc-3.4.3 upload (upstream release announced for Nov 1),
  built with C++ ABI version 1 on amd64, as in warty (#2956).

I'm preparing packages for grub, ia32-libs-openoffice.org, gcc-3.3,
gcc-3.4 for review after the gcc-3.4.3 release.
