ndiswrapper in ShipSeed?

In https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2824, it was pointed out that
some of the utility of having an ndiswrapper module pre-compiled is quashed
by the fact that the ndiswrapper-utils .deb is not on the CD (and thus must
be downloaded).

Bearing in mind that:

- For some users, this is the only way to get connected to a network
- This method is only practically available to expert users anyway

what do you think about adding ndiswrapper-utils to ShipSeed?
