Community Council Meeting, Tuesday 1600 UTC

Hi all

Since it is day-before-RC, and nobody has yet put anything on the 
Community Council  Agenda for today, I think we should focus on the 
Warty Warthog. I propose that we invite the Tech Board to certify the 
Warthog release status, and we define the release process (times, 
announcements, mirrors).

So, council and tech board members and guests welcome in #ubuntu-meeting 
at 1600 UTC.
