OK, thanks for clarifying :)  I'm still note quite clear on how these 
branches work. As far as I understand, when Warty is released, the Hoary 
branch will be opened up and all development will be conducted there and 
that will be stabilized through various degrees of freezing as the next 
release approaches. Are you suggesting a branch separate from Hoary, 
that will be merged at a later stage? I suppose one could start by 
putting the more experimental things in 'universe' and then move them to 
'ship' or 'supported' as they improve.
