GPL'd Flash Library

Don't agree with the PITA part anymore. 1.0PR installs as easily as IE
does - click 'install missing plugins, next, next'. Very simple.

To be honest, I don't see the point of a GPL flash libary. Too much
will change. It's going to be impossible to keep up (IMO).
