Laptop XE4500 and Fan

Sorry my poor, crap, etc, english but my natural language isn't the
english, is the portuguese.

I have an laptop the great (or not) XE4500 model from HP Omnibook, so
my laptop in linux has always the fan turn on  and I search in the web
workaround's for this problem and I find this  link

That I still did not test, but I would like the patch or the
workaround it was included in the ubuntu.

It's really annoying have the fan turn on always.
